How should I load ingredients into the single-serve cup for the best performance?
For optimal results, start with fresh fruits and vegetables, followed by leafy greens, then liquids or yogurts, dry ingredients (seeds/powders), and finally ice or frozen ingredients.
What is the proper way to handle the different blade assemblies?
The Stacked Blade Assembly and Chopping Blade Assembly should only be grasped by the top of the shaft. The Hybrid Edge Blades Assembly should only be grasped by the outer perimeter of its base.
Can I use this unit for grinding dry ingredients? N
o, the unit is not intended for grinding operations or processing dry ingredients in the single-serve cup, jug, or processor bowl.
How does the processor bowl function for making dough?
The unit is intended to create a dough ball but is not designed for continuous kneading; once a dough ball forms, any further kneading should be done by hand.
What should I do if ingredients stick to the sides of the container during a cycle?
Stop the appliance and allow it to come to a complete stop, remove the lid or blade assembly, and use a scraper or spatula to dislodge the ingredients.
